I like Vallejo Prussian blue over a black undercoat for French infantry, light or line - they're both the same.

As for Dragoons & Chasseurs I like vallejo Luftwaffe camo green.

French company plumes for Line regts. were

red for Grenadiers
green or yellow or a combination for Voltiguers ( light company)
the other four Fusilier companies were :
light green, light blue, ...

but I would think that most of the casaulties came from assaults as the muskets were wildly inaccurate something like 200-400 rounds per 1 person shot, IIRC.

Except that very rarely would an assaul ...

The Eureka range is designed to fit in with the AB range and they do ( I have some of the Eureka 1815 French) They work really well together and the only issue I've noticed is the Eureka figures bayon ...

For Wagram the Austrians still wore helmets but the Hungarians had mostly changed over to the Shako. After Wagram both wear wearing Shakos.
