I am in the midst of basing and painting some Austrians which I am putting together by copying Evan's style of basing.
The ACW game I was working on had basically the same type of basing system. |

but I would think that most of the casaulties came from assaults as the muskets were wildly inaccurate something like 200-400 rounds per 1 person shot, IIRC.
Except that very rarely would an assaul ... |

I have found out a little bit including that. They seemed to get shot at by both the Austrians and their French and Italian allies quite a bit. Mostly because of the white uniforms. |
