Trade and Sale Rules - Read Before Listing

OK. Its been requested so lets give this a spin and see if it works. Here are a couple of really basic ground rules though:

#1 - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADES OR SALES YOU ARE INVOLVED IN - This means that the NapoFoW forum will NOT get involved in any trades or sales.

#2 - ALL TRADES OR SALES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK Ask for references and check them. Make sure you are comfortable before the transaction. Buyer Beware.

#3 - ALL POSTS MUST HAVE AN APPROPRIATE SUBJECT LINE Any that do not will be removed. Your subject line should be descriptive like ...

[HAVE] 15mm French Hussars
[WANT] 6mm Prussian Dragoons
[HAVE] 25mm Russian Grenadiers, [WANT] 25mm Austrians
[EBAY] 15mm British Rifles

... or something along those lines. Please start your post using the [HAVE], [WANT], or [EBAY] tags in order to keep everything really clear and easily searchable.

#4 - KEEP YOUR POSTS UPDATED Once your transaction is completed, PLEASE go back and either delete your original post or edit it so that it is up to date with your wants/haves. Old Posts will periodically be removed if there is no activity on them.

#5 - GIVE FEEDBACK After your transaction is completed, do the right thing and give feedback.
-- If it is the first time that person has traded/sold/bought then please make a separate post saying how it went with that person. the subject should read "[Feedback] (name of person)".
-- If there is a Feedback thread for that person already, then post your feedback in that thread.
-- IMPORTANT: Each transaction is allowed one feedback comment and one rebuttal (if necessary). This is not the place to argue the details of the transaction and any posts not directly related to feedback will be deleted. If you need to work out the details or resolve a problem, do it by Private Messages. The thread should only be a list of comments pertaining directly to that person's transaction history, or it will not be useful for anyone.
