Models

I'm getting my models this evening, I'll take some photos and post them, I plan on playing a game with them on friday night and saturday, will let you guys know. I'll be using my game system tho- play test it.

....Already spent too much cash to be buying new models.

I need to paint the mountain of lead that I already have! Shocked

Well I got them in a really unhappy way, but there is a bunch of half painted cavalry as well, and about 20 blisters still in packets... now I just have to rebase them all and THATS going to take some time.

this guy obviously didn't care about the models, just the period.

paint=ok nothign major
basing= PVA?! they fall off all the time, more models off stands then on...
flock= crap stuff taht again falls off, its all over my deck and floor now.

AIYA!

still can't complain =)

founda problem, basing for my game- doesn't work, at least not with the 4 men per base, needs to look chunkier. Maybe 8 or 10 per base. Need to experiment.

well not sure about my game but I've coerced 2 other reg games and once collecting the Frogs, the other the Brits and I'm doing the Austrians. We're actualling basing 6 models (2 rows of the 3) on the old warhammer large infantry bases we're making up our own game based on the rules here, my rules and flames and fury-Imperial Glory. Or something.

I'll keep the gallery posted and how it plays. I need to just get the time to print these rules out and then I'll be playing them but no time or money atm... Evil or Very Mad

So, BenS, how is it going? Have you guys developed those rules yet and gotten some games in? I don't suppose you have any battle reports or pictures to share with us, do you?
