I couldn't let today pass without wishing everyone a Happy Waterloo Day! It was 192 years ago today that the last battle of the Napoleonic Wars was fought. Or was it, as some historians claim, the first battle of WWI? Anyway, some Beef Wellington washed down with Napoleon Brandy for dinner, eh?
