The Napoleonic Age covered nearly 20 tumultuous years. There were changes in organization, tactics, uniforms, and governments. Which slice of the Napoleonic pie tastes sweetest to you? |

Being an Brit at heart, the Peninsula gets my vote. 1809-1814 offers plenty of gaming opportunities. The battles are smaller and more managable. The forces equally matched. |

I could almost repeat Sharpes answer, word for word, but instead I shall let my vote stand- The Peninsular War.... Not, as you say, a sideshow! |

Having read all Bernard Cornwell's Sharpe series I echo Richard's and Sharpe's sediments, that is the Penninsular War followed closesly by the Hundred days and Russia 1812. |
