Infantry Battalion 2
4 companies (8 stands)
full strenght light artillery battery ( 4 guns) 2 stands
Infantry Battalion 3
4 companies (8 stands)
full strenght light artillery battery ( 4 guns) 2 stands
Infantry Battalion 4
4 companies (8 stands)
full strenght light artillery battery ( 4 guns) 2 stands
Grenadier Battalion
3 companies ( 6 stands)
Light Cavalry
3 squadrons ( 3 stands)
Light Cavalry
3 squadrons ( 3 stands) |

Would 16 guns for 4 battalions of infantry even happen on the battlefield? Maybe we found something wrong with those rules... |

I'd have to look it up, but I don't remember the Prussians fielding battalion guns during 1812. I'm much more fluent with the Prussians in 1813 rather than their efforts in Russia alongside the French, so I could be wrong. At any rate, I'd expect to see at least twice the battalions you have with half the guns. Eight battalions with eight guns in one battery seems much more like a Prussian brigade rather than four with 16. |

Doesn't look far off from what I did with Yorck's Corps.
How were you planning to base them up? |

Yeah i think i'd do this
Brigadier ( 2 models)
Regiment
Infantry Battalion
4 companies (8 stands)
Infantry Battalion
4 companies (8 stands)
Full strenght light artillery battery ( 4 guns) 2 stands
Regiment
Infantry Battalion
4 companies (8 stands)
Infantry Battalion
4 companies (8 stands)
Full strenght light artillery battery ( 4 guns) 2 stands
Grenadier Battalion either on its own or divided into the infantry battalions.
3 companies ( 6 stands)
Light Cavalry
3 squadrons ( 3 stands)
Light Cavalry
3 squadrons ( 3 stands)
The cavalry are basically un affected but i'd have more battalions into the regiments. so the 6 regiments would mean 12 battalions. I've not added any attachments just for simplicity at the moment but they can always be included. |

One thing to keep in mind for a generic 1813 Prussian corps is that each 'brigade' (what most folks would call a division) was to consist of 1 regiment of regular infantry, one of reserves, and one of Landwehr. I don' t remember offhand if this was the case for the 1813 spring campaign, but I believe it was more widely implemented in the later (Leipzig) one.
I'll try to remember to check my refs at home tonight.
In case anyone is interested, here's a great OOB for Leipzig... use the drop-down lists to get into the nitty-gritty detail.

Allies
Enjoy! |

The only reason at the moment their is no differenc between unit types is to allow people to have creative freedom to use any models they wish to represent a Line Battalion so Reservist models, Fusiliers etc so long as they clearly note down it's a Line Battalion.
I am working on a little variation amongst the list to make this less of a gap.
With the ability to have conscript troops allowing you to have landwehr and a Reservist option to have slighty reduced Line but not as bad as Landwehr. |

Reservists, landwher or militia can be captured using the "Raw or Conscript" points reduction in GL's current army lists.
If an army list for each nation is going to be written then this option should be removed and specific units placed in the list to represent them. |
