This particular forum (along with the Yahoo group) is a collaboration between the two of us, but I don't think any one person created the "project". There are no less than four sets of rules, at least, being played and tested at the moment. Its kind of an "open-source" sort of thing at the moment; though I'm sure that will eventually change. Then again, with such diverse ideas about scale, scope and function maybe it won't. |
